- Suspended accounts will no longer receive coupons or ExtraBucks rewards or be able to redeem any coupons or rewards previously earned
- when a suspended card is scanned at SCO, customer will receive a "Card Not Found" error & the transaction will be suspended
an employee should then take the customer to a standard register - When a suspended card is scanned at a register, a banner will display at the top of the screen stating "Account suspended – [email protected] for questions"
a receipt will also print with directions for the customer beginning in late July - customers with questions or concerns will be directed to the customer call center
employees are instructed not to allow the customer to create a new extracare account or manually print extrabucks - employees who suspect fraud/abuse can now submit an "ExtraCare & Coupon Fraud & Abuse report"
