Q. Will CVS extend the expiration date(s) on ExtraBucks Rewards?
A. Beginning April 10, 2020, any ExtraBucks Rewards earned from ExtraCare Beauty Club, ExtraCare Pharmacy & Health Rewards and circular ExtraBucks Rewards with expiration dates between March 15, 2020 and April 30, 2020 and that are not redeemed will be reissued to you. You’ll have 30 days to access your ExtraBucks Rewards and 30 days to redeem them through the CVS Pharmacy app or cvs.com, or in our stores. ExtraBucks Rewards will be reissued starting on April 10, 2020 over the span of several weeks. You may not see all eligible ExtraBucks Rewards reissued at once. ExtraBucks Rewards could take several weeks to appear in your ExtraCare account balance. We hope this is just one small way we can show our customers how much we care.
Q. When will my earned ExtraBucks Rewards be re-issued?
A. We will reissue ExtraBucks Rewards weekly starting April 10, 2020 through May 22, 2020.
Q. I’m a CarePass member. What happens to the monthly $10 promo reward I wasn’t able to redeem?
A. CarePass members whose monthly $10 promo reward expired unredeemed between March 15 and April 30, 2020 will be reissued as ExtraBucks Rewards. You will have 30 days to access and 30 days to redeem your ExtraBucks Rewards through the CVS Pharmacy app or cvs.com or in our stores.
Q. What if I’m quarantined and unable to visit the store to redeem my reissued ExtraBucks Rewards?
A. We hear your concerns and realize that many of our ExtraCare and CarePass members are practicing physical distancing. Your ExtraBucks Rewards can also be accessed through the CVS Pharmacy app or on cvs.com. Members will have 30 days to redeem these reissued ExtraBucks Rewards.
Q. Does this apply to ExtraCare Beauty Club members?
A. Yes, this policy applies to ExtraCare Beauty Club members.
Q. Does this apply to ExtraCare Pharmacy and Health Rewards members?
A. Yes, this policy applies to ExtraCare Pharmacy and Health Rewards members, however this offer does not apply to Target gift cards issued through the ExtraCare Pharmacy & Health Rewards program at CVS Pharmacy at Target locations.
Q. I have a reward issued in the form of a Target gift card through the ExtraCare Pharmacy&Health Rewards program at CVS Pharmacy at Target locations, and it expired between March 15, 2020 and April 30, 2020. Will this reward be reissued?
A. Beginning April 10, 2020, any ExtraBucks Rewards earned from ExtraCare Beauty Club, ExtraCare Pharmacy & Health Rewards and circular ExtraBucks Rewards that expired between March 15, 2020 and April 30, 2020 and were unredeemed will be reissued to you. This offer does not apply to Target gift cards issued through the ExtraCare Pharmacy & Health Rewards program at CVS Pharmacy at Target locations.
Q. Does this offer apply to my Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards or other personalized rewards I’ve earned recently?
A. No, this policy does not apply to Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards. Quarterly Extra Bucks Rewards issued on April 1, 2020 can be accessed for up to 45 days and redeemed for 45 days and therefore are not eligible to be reissued. We encourage you to redeem any Quarterly ExtraBucks Rewards online at cvs.com.
Q. Will expired ExtraBucks Rewards be reissued automatically?
A. Any eligible earned ExtraBucks Rewards with expiration dates of March 15 to April 30, 2020 that are not redeemed will be reissued to your ExtraCare account automatically. We will reissue ExtraBucks Rewards weekly starting April 10, 2020 through May 22, 2020. You may not see all eligible ExtraBucks Rewards reissued at once. ExtraBucks Rewards could take several weeks to appear in your ExtraCare account balance.
Q. I have earned ExtraBucks Rewards that expired after March 15, 2020 and haven’t yet been reissued.
A. ExtraBucks Rewards will be reissued starting on April 10, 2020 over the span of several weeks. You may not see all eligible ExtraBucks Rewards reissued at once. ExtraBucks Rewards could take several weeks to appear in your ExtraCare account balance. Knowing this, if you still have concerns, please visit CVS.com/ExtraCareHelp so that a member of our team can provide you with assistance. For questions regarding CarePass membership, please call 1-833-320-CARE and select option 1.
Q. What are the terms and conditions for any reissued ExtraBucks Rewards (between April 10, 2020 and May 22, 2020)?
A. The disclaimer for these specific reissued rewards is: "Applies to ExtraCare Pharmacy & Health Rewards, ExtraCare BeautyClub, circular ExtraBucks Rewards and CarePass promotional rewards. Rewards will be reissued starting on April 10, 2020 over the span of several weeks. You may not see all eligible rewards reissued at once. Rewards could take several weeks to appear in your account balance. Quarterly Extra Bucks Rewards issued on April 1, 2020 can be accessed for up to 45 days and redeemed for 45 days and therefore are not eligible to be reissued. Not valid on other rewards or Target gift cards issued through the ExtraCare Pharmacy & Health Rewards program at CVS Pharmacy at Target locations."
