CarePass membership requires recurring charges to your credit or debit card and automatically renews until cancelled by you or CVS.
You can cancel your membership by calling 1-833-320 CARE Monday–Friday, 8 am–11 pm ET or Saturday–Sunday, 8:30 am–9 pm ET (except major holidays) or on cvs.com/carepass/managecarepass.
Cancellation must be made at least 3 days in advance of membership renewal date to avoid a recurring charge.
For monthly memberships, you'll still retain your benefits until the end of your monthly benefit cycle.
for annual memberships, you'll retain your benefits until the end of the current monthly benefit cycle and you'll also be refunded for the months you haven't used.
annual memberships are non-refundable. if cancelled, your membership will continue until your renewal date.
membership will be automatically renewed on your monthly or annual renewal date. an email reminder will be sent to you before your renewal date.
CarePass members receive a monthly $10 reward
automatically added to ExtraCare card each month approximately 48–72 hours after your monthly benefit cycle begins

To use your $10 promotional reward in store, use your enrolled ExtraCare card at checkout and let the cashier know you'd like to use your reward. you'll lose any remainder of the reward if used on a transaction of less than $10.
For cvs.com orders, log in with your enrolled cvs.com account and apply your available reward at checkout. For cvs.com orders, you must spend a minimum of $10 to use your monthly $10 promotional reward (not including tax or other fees).
visit your dashboard to see when your current monthly $10 promotional reward expires or when your next monthly $10 promotional reward will be issued.
