To take advantage of this in-store offer, print this certificate and present it at the pharmacy with your ExtraCare card when you make your next prescription purchase by June 15. You’ll earn double Extra Bucks rewards on all your in-store prescription purchases from the time you present this offer through June 15.
Your double Extra Bucks rewards will automatically be added into your quarterly Extra Bucks rewards that will print on your store receipt beginning July 1.
