$3 off $15, exp 12/31/09 (look for in store)



this booklet found in some CVS stores
(check by the pharmacy)

a "$3 off any purchase of $15 or more" coupon is inside some versions of this pamphlet. i have been told that some stores have the pamphlet, but there is no coupon inside!
The UPC is a 13 digit number, so each coupon must have a unique barcode.
Expires 12/31/09

i don't think very many stores have this coupon, but its still worth taking a look when you go. if you are willing to pay about $6 for 5 coupons, you can probably get them on ebay.
