its been reported that most cvs stores are accepting returns of these bars without receipts for gift cards. personally, i wouldn't return something to cvs that was free after extrabucks to begin with, but i leave you to use your own judgement.
another option is a refund directly from promax. no receipts are needed for this either, just the "best by" dates from the packaging.
