1. It's a different and separate deal than the 12oz one @ $4.99.

2. CONFIRMED: PURPLE one (Moisture Wrap) and BLUE one (Exfoliating) have been confirmed.

3. Not sure of the limit. confirmed purchasing two so far without the limit being reached. limit of 5 has been confirmed

This might be a YMMV one because it's a new product size and not all stores might have them. We also don't know if it's a weekly deal or if it will continue for the rest of the month like the 12oz size one.
